Media Bar Productions is a San Antonio–based video production company specializing in corporate, commercial, and branded content for clients across Texas. We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our team on a per‑project basis and help us deliver high‑quality video production in San Antonio for a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities
Lead video projects from initial client discovery through final delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline are clearly defined and met.

Coordinate with producers, directors, editors, and crew to schedule shoots, post‑production, and client reviews.

Serve as primary client contact, facilitating clear communication, status updates, and expectation management throughout each project.

Build and manage detailed project plans, calendars, call sheets, and production documents.

Track project budgets, vendor costs, and change orders, providing timely reporting to leadership.

Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues on set and in post, and proactively keep projects on track.

Requirements
Solid understanding of video production processes (pre‑production, production, post‑production), ideally in corporate or commercial environments.

Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.

Strong communication and client‑facing skills, with a professional, solutions‑oriented mindset.

Highly organized, detail‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.

Based in or willing to work regularly in San Antonio, Texas; knowledge of the local video production San Antonio market is a plus.

Engagement Details
Per‑project, 1099/contractor engagement.
