About Ruben F. Garcia

I’m a San Antonio–based filmmaker, producer, and entrepreneur. I founded Media Bar Productions in 2011 and have since led corporate films, commercials, branded campaigns, event coverage, and other productions for organizations including RBFCU, Sanctuary Wealth, Unilever, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Along the way, our work has earned Emmy and Telly Awards. I’m especially interested in where storytelling, marketing, and AI come together. I spend a lot of time exploring new tools, testing ideas, and finding practical ways to help businesses communicate better, work more efficiently, and create content that actually connects with people. I’m also the founder of CreativesInTexas.com, a statewide platform built to connect and showcase creative and production talent across Texas.
